Returns Policy

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your product, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order invoice).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence, so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method promptly.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping

We ship across Pakistan. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your delivery location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.
